1.1 Age Requirements

To use this Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 17 years old (a "Minor"), you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

For Young Talented Individuals: We recognize that many talented young individuals - including aspiring athletes who dream of connecting with their favorite teams or coaches, young musicians seeking to showcase their talents, budding entrepreneurs with innovative ideas, aspiring actors, artists, and other gifted individuals - may benefit from opportunities to connect with established professionals in their fields of interest. Minors register as Members on the Platform to showcase their skills and seek legitimate opportunities with proper parental consent and oversight.

Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians of Minor users are fully responsible for:

  • Supervising their Minor's use of the Platform
  • All activities and transactions conducted through the Minor's account
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms
  • Any financial obligations incurred

2. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION

Intune-app is a professional networking platform that connects high-level professionals with individuals and businesses seeking their expertise. Our Platform facilitates:

  • Professional networking and collaboration opportunities
  • Direct access to industry experts and thought leaders
  • Service transactions between professionals and clients
  • Skill showcasing and professional development
  • Business deal facilitation and guidance
  • Elimination of traditional barriers to accessing high-level professionals

2.1 BETA STATUS

The Platform is currently offered in beta. By using the Service during the beta period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Platform may contain defects, errors, or unexpected behavior; stability and performance are not guaranteed
  • Features, functionality, and user experience may change, be modified, or discontinued without prior notice
  • The Platform may be incomplete or experimental; we reserve the right to iterate rapidly during beta

Use of the beta Service is at your own risk. Our liability limitations in Section 11 apply with full effect during the beta period. The beta designation does not diminish your obligations under these Terms, nor does it constitute a representation or warranty regarding the Service's fitness for any particular purpose.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND ROLES

3.1 Account Types

The Platform supports two primary user roles:

  • Professionals:Verified industry experts, thought leaders, and high-level professionals who offer services, guidance, and opportunities (via a "Professional Account")
  • Members:Individuals, businesses, or professionals who do not meet the specific qualification criteria for a Professional Account, but seek to connect, collaborate, or access opportunities (via a "Member Account")

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION

Professionals must meet specific criteria to maintain their status on the Platform:

  • Have the ability to offer legitimate opportunities for deals, jobs, collaboration, income, mentoring
  • Have several years of established career experience
  • Be a recognized figure in their respective industry
  • Actively collaborate with other high-level professionals from their industry
  • Have main income that comes from the industry they represent
  • Maintain professional credibility and reputation in their field

We reserve the right to verify professional credentials and may request documentation to support your professional status.

4.1 INTUNE-STAR IDENTITY VERIFICATION

The Intune-Star is an optional identity verification badge available to both Member Accounts and Professional Accounts. This badge indicates "You Are Who You Say" and provides enhanced trust and refund protection on the Platform.

How to Obtain the Intune-Star

To request the Intune-Star verification badge:

  • Pay a one-time verification fee of €10 via Stripe
  • Submit a verification request through Customer Support
  • Schedule and complete a video call with our support team
  • Provide identity verification documents during the call

The €10 fee covers the cost of our support team's time and resources for the video call verification process. This fee also helps filter out fraudulent users and ensures only legitimate users with genuine intentions apply for verification.

Verification Procedure and Data Handling

The Intune-Star verification is used solely to confirm the identity and legitimacy of users on the Platform. It helps ensure that users are who they say they are and have legitimate intentions towards their customers.

The verification takes place during a short video call with our support team. Intune-app does not record or store the video call. If requested during the call, you may be asked to show a valid government-issued ID (e.g. passport or national ID). Our team will compare the information on the document with your profile data in Intune-app. No copies or recordings of your identity documents are made; documents are viewed live only.

Benefits of Intune-Star Verification

  • Helps avoid scammers from any direction
  • Protects the audition booking procedure
  • Prevents fake Professionals from scamming customers
  • Prevents Members from scamming Professionals
  • Enhanced refund protection (see below)
  • Increased trust and credibility with other users

Refund Policy for Verified vs. Non-Verified Users

Enhanced Refund Protection for Intune-Star Verified Users:

Transactions involving at least one Intune-Star verified user (either the Professional or the Member) are eligible for full refund protection within the 24-hour refund window as described in Section 6.4. We prioritize refund requests from verified users and process them with standard review procedures.

Limited Refund Protection for Non-Verified Users:

Transactions where neither the Professional nor the Member has an Intune-Star verification badge may have reduced refund eligibility. We reserve the right to deny or delay refund requests for transactions involving non-verified users if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund system, or other violations of these Terms.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all users (both Members and Professionals) obtain the Intune-Star verification badge to ensure maximum refund protection, platform trust, and a safer experience for all parties.

Important Note: Users without Intune-Star verification accept a higher risk that their refund requests may be denied or delayed, particularly if fraudulent activity is suspected. We strongly encourage all users to obtain verification for maximum protection and peace of mind.

5. SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Service Offerings

Professionals may offer various services including but not limited to:

  • Consultation and advisory services
  • Business development opportunities
  • Professional guidance and mentoring
  • Collaboration opportunities
  • Industry insights and expertise

5.2 Service Delivery

Professionals are solely responsible for delivering the services they promise. All service agreements are between the Professional and any potential customer (other Professional, Member, or public user). Intune-app facilitates the connection but is not a party to the service agreement.

Merchant of Record:The Professional Account holder is the "Merchant of Record" for all transactions. This means the Professional Account holder is solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and legality of the services provided. Intune-app is not the seller of these services and bears no liability for the services delivered by Professional Account holders.

5.3 Service Quality

Professionals must deliver services as promised and maintain professional standards. Failure to deliver promised services may result in credibility score reduction and potential account suspension.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 Payment Processing

Professionals must connect a Stripe account to receive payments for their services. By using the Platform to receive payments, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement.

6.2 Platform Fee

Intune-app charges a 10% platform fee on all booked auditions. This fee is always included in the final price displayed to customers.Professionals receive 90% of the transaction amount, while the 10% platform fee is automatically deducted before funds are transferred to the Professional's Stripe account.

VAT on Platform Fee: Intune-app's 10% platform fee includes VAT. Intune-app is responsible for remitting VAT ONLY on its 10% platform fee to the appropriate tax authorities. This VAT obligation applies solely to Intune-app's revenues. We are notresponsible for collecting or remitting VAT on the full transaction amount representing the Professional's services.

Additional Fees:Professionals are responsible for Stripe Connect processing fees, which are automatically deducted from their payout. Stripe fees are typically 2.9% + €0.25 per transaction for EUR (rates may vary by region and currency). These fees are separate from Intune-app's platform fee.

Example: If a Professional sets a rate of €10 per minute for a 30-minute audition, the customer sees and pays a final price of €300. The Professional receives €270 (90%) minus Stripe processing fees (approximately €8.08), resulting in approximately €261.92. The price displayed to customers always includes the platform fee - there are no additional charges added at checkout.

6.2.1FEES, VAT & ECONOMIC MODEL — SUBJECT TO CHANGE

VAT During Beta: During the beta period, Intune-app absorbs VAT on its 10% platform fee and does not pass VAT on that fee to users. Customers see a final price that includes the platform fee, and the VAT liability on the fee is borne by Intune-app. This may change after the beta period. Intune-app reserves the right to modify VAT treatment and may pass VAT on the platform fee to users (Professionals and/or customers) upon reasonable notice when the Platform exits beta or at any other time.

Fees and Economic Model: Platform fees (including the 10% fee), processing fees, VAT treatment, and any other economic terms may be revised with reasonable notice. Changes may include but are not limited to: fee percentage adjustments, introduction or modification of additional charges, changes to VAT allocation, or modifications to the overall pricing structure. Material changes will be communicated to users in accordance with Section 14 (Modifications to Terms). Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

No Guarantee of Continuity: Nothing in these Terms guarantees that current fee levels, VAT treatment, or economic arrangements will remain unchanged. Users accept that the economic model may evolve as the Platform matures and that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction with such changes is to cease using the Platform.

6.3 Payment Processing and Authorization

All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. When a customer pays for a booked audition, Stripe authorizes the payment. Authorization means the funds are reserved on the customer's card but remain in their bank account until the payment is captured. Intune-app never holds or stores customer funds.

  • Payments are processed directly through Stripe Connect
  • When both users join the video call (audition starts), the payment remains authorized and is scheduled to be captured and transferred to the Professional's Stripe account 30 hours after the audition starts
  • The 30-hour schedule includes a 24-hour refund window for customers, plus an additional 6-hour buffer to account for timezone differences and edge cases
  • Professionals receive 90% of the transaction amount, minus Stripe Connect processing fees
  • After capture, payments follow Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2-7 business days) to reach the Professional's bank account
  • All payment disputes and chargebacks must be resolved through Stripe's dispute resolution process

6.4 Refunds

Booked auditions are live video calls scheduled at a specific date and time. Under applicable law (including EU consumer law), services supplied at a specific time at the consumer's request are generally not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to certain other distance contracts. Your refund rights for auditions are therefore as set out in this section (cancellation before the audition and the 24-hour window after the audition), and not the general 14-day withdrawal period.

Intune-app provides the following refund policy for booked auditions:

  • Before Audition Starts: If either the Professional or Customer cancels before the audition begins, the payment authorization is released immediately and the customer is not charged.
  • After Audition Starts: Once both users have joined the video call, the payment remains authorized and is scheduled to be captured 30 hours after the audition starts. Customers have 24 hours from the start of the audition to request a refund for valid reasons. If approved, the payment authorization is released and the Professional is notified via email. The additional 6 hours (totaling 30 hours) account for timezone differences and edge cases before the scheduled capture occurs.
  • After Refund Window:Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour period are handled directly between the Professional and Customer. Intune-app is not responsible for refunds after the 24-hour window. Intune-app fees and Stripe processing fees are non-refundable after this time (for Stripe fees, please refer to Stripe's Terms of Service). Professionals are responsible for providing quality service, maintaining professionalism, and operating within legal guidelines.

Valid grounds for refund: Refunds may be considered where there is impersonation or false identity, clear fraud or scam, or illegal conduct. Intune-app is not obligated to refund where the Professional has delivered the agreed service and the request is based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. quality or personal preference). Each case is assessed on its merits.

Abuse of refund requests: Repeated or abusive refund requests, or behaviour that suggests scam or abuse, may result in account restrictions or termination to protect other users. Intune-app may introduce or extend credibility or trust scores; such scores may be visible to other users and may affect your ability to book auditions with Professionals.

Statutory rights: Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including where the service was not performed or was seriously defective.

For complete refund terms and legal details, please refer to our Refund Policy in the Intune Guide.

6.5 Tax Obligations

Users who create a Stripe account or generate income through the Intune-app platform (including Professionals and any users earning revenue during beta or other periods) are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

  • Tax Compliance: Users are responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax obligations applicable to their income generated through the Platform, including but not limited to income tax, self-employment tax, sales tax, VAT, and any other taxes required by their local, state, national, or international tax authorities.
  • Tax Reporting: Users must comply with all applicable tax reporting requirements, including informing relevant tax authorities about income earned through the Platform, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and filing required tax returns and declarations.
  • VAT and Invoicing (Professional's Responsibility): Professionals (Sellers) are solely responsible for dealing with VAT related to their customers. This includes calculating, collecting, and remitting VAT on the full price of the service provided to the customer, and issuing valid tax invoices where required by law. Intune-app does not act as a tax agent for the Professional. To automatically send email receipts to customers, Professionals must enable receipt sending in their Stripe Dashboard under Settings → Customer emails.
  • Cross-Border VAT (EU/International):For Professionals operating within the European Union or internationally, the "Reverse Charge Mechanism" may apply to the Platform Fee invoice in B2B transactions. Professionals are responsible for verifying their VAT status and self-accounting for VAT where applicable under local laws.
  • No Tax Advice: Intune-app does not provide tax advice. Users should consult with qualified tax professionals or accountants to understand their specific tax obligations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Platform Fee VAT:Intune-app's 10% platform fee includes VAT, and Intune-app is responsible for remitting VAT on its fee. This does not affect users' tax obligations on their own income.

By using the Platform to generate income, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all tax obligations related to your earnings and agree to indemnify Intune-app from any tax-related claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform.

6.6 Invoicing & Billing Cycle

The Platform provides a continuous service to Professionals (Sellers). Under applicable Greek accounting standards (L. 4308/2014), all platform commissions and service fees accrued during a calendar month will be summed and issued as a single Collective Service Invoice on a monthly basis.

  • Issue Date:The "Issue Date" of the invoice shall be the last day of the calendar month in which the services were rendered.
  • Billing Details Required:To receive your monthly invoice, you must complete the Billing & Invoicing form in your account Settings (Payments & Invoices section) with accurate legal name, tax ID/VAT, and address. Without correct billing details, Intune-app cannot issue AADE-compliant invoices.
  • Electronic Delivery: By using the Platform to receive payments, you explicitly agree to this periodic billing cycle and the electronic delivery of tax documents (invoices).

This pre-existing agreement, evidenced by your acceptance of these Terms, satisfies legal requirements for consolidated monthly invoicing and allows Intune-app to issue one invoice per month rather than per transaction.

7. CREDIBILITY AND TRUST SYSTEM

⚠️7.1 Public Credibility System and Platform Integrity - CRITICAL

⭐ Intune-app maintains a public credibility page where the credibility scores and reputation of all Professionals and Members are visible to the community. This transparency is essential for building trust and helping users make informed decisions about collaborations and transactions.

🚨 Platform Exclusivity and Credibility: As our first and most important approach to maintaining platform integrity, we strictly prohibit users from recreating or replicating the unique Intune-app business model outside of our platform. This includes attempting to avoid platform fees, conducting transactions externally, or creating competing services.

❗ Why This Matters: Users who attempt to recreate our business model outside Intune-app demonstrate a fundamental lack of credibility and trustworthiness. If someone is willing to deceive or circumvent our platform - which provides them value and opportunities - this behavior indicates they could potentially mislead customers, partners, or collaborators in any business relationship.

Community Protection: We expect all users to report any attempts by other users to conduct business outside the platform or recreate our model elsewhere. Users should exercise extreme caution when considering services from or collaborating with individuals who have been reported for such violations, as their credibility has been compromised.

⚖️ Trust Principle: If a user cannot be trusted to honor their commitment to our platform, they cannot be trusted in any professional relationship. Credibility violations on Intune-app are strong indicators of potential dishonesty in all business dealings.

7.2 Professional Credibility Requirements

Professionals must:

  • Deliver services as promised
  • Respect clients who pay for their services
  • Complete deals and commitments as agreed
  • Maintain professional behavior and communication

7.3 Member Credibility Requirements

Members must:

  • Demonstrate proper behavior and respect toward Professionals
  • Honor payment commitments
  • Provide accurate information about their needs and requirements
  • Maintain professional communication standards

7.4 Public Credibility Tracking

Credibility information may be displayed publicly on the Platform to help users make informed decisions about potential collaborations. This includes ratings, reviews, and completion rates.

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users are prohibited from:

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Impersonating another person or entity
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempting to circumvent Platform fees or payment systems
  • Sharing inappropriate or offensive content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise Platform security
  • Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Intune-app and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create and share on the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

9.3 Respect for Third-Party Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not share content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

10. PLATFORM EXCLUSIVITY

10.1 Business Model Protection

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to recreate, copy, or replicate the Intune-app business model outside of this Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Creating competing platforms with similar functionality
  • Facilitating transactions outside the Platform to avoid fees
  • Sharing Platform methodologies or proprietary processes
  • Attempting to poach users for external platforms

10.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations of platform exclusivity may result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Public credibility score impact
  • Legal action for breach of contract
  • Permanent ban from the Platform

10.3 Trust Implications

Users who attempt to recreate the business model outside the Platform demonstrate untrustworthiness that extends beyond Platform violations. Such behavior indicates potential for dishonesty in all business dealings.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

11.1 Platform Role

Intune-app serves as a facilitator and is not responsible for the actual services provided by Professionals or the conduct of users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intune-app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11.3 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for their own due diligence when engaging with other users and for the consequences of their transactions and interactions.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Internal Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly. The Platform provides communication tools and mediation services to facilitate resolution.

12.2 Platform Mediation

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, users may request Platform mediation. Our team will review the situation and provide recommendations based on Platform policies and user credibility.

12.3 Legal Action

Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where Intune-app is incorporated.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 User Termination

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the account closure process in their settings.

13.2 Platform Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of credibility standards
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of platform exclusivity
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Illegal activity

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, users lose access to the Platform and its services. Outstanding financial obligations remain in effect.

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
